Trimmy’s was founded by veteran barber Henry Amoloja after years of working with children who struggled with the haircut experience. While developing The Weighted Cape, a sensory tool designed to provide calming deep pressure during haircuts, Henry recognized a much larger need in the industry: many children needed more than a modified cape—they needed an environment built specifically for their success.

What began as a single barber suite evolved into Trimmy’s, a dedicated sensory friendly haircut space designed for children who need extra time, patience, and support. Today, Trimmy’s combines specialized training, sensory accommodations, and a child centered approach to help families access haircuts with dignity, comfort, and confidence.

The mission is to expand globally so more families have more access to this level or care and compassion as it pertains to haircuts
